Privacy Policy
Under clause 13 of the code regarding the protection of personal data (Privacy Code - D.Lgs 196/03), we hereby provide below the information regarding the processing of your personal data by Thalia Group SRL for the supply of the requested services.
A) Purpose and procedure of the processing
Purpose of processing: the processing of the data will be carried out to provide the requested services, for upkeep and technical support relative to the above mentioned services and - limited to services that foresee compensation - to provide for the subsequent invoicing and the necessary fiscal requirements. The registered data can also be used for statistical reports for our company, as well as providing this information to you. Where necessary, for the above-mentioned reasons, this information can also be shared with third parties.
Procedure of processing: the data will be mainly processed electronically and recorded on both electronic and paper backups as well as on any other appropriate support, within minimum security measures.
B) Necessary requirements and consequences of the refusal to disclose the data
All the data requested is compulsory and in the case of missing, inaccurate or partial information the client will not be able to use the requested service.
C) Parties to whom the data can be communicated - scope of circulation
Where necessary, as in the purpose of the processing in point A, the data can also be communicated to third parties who are not part of the contract. The personal data can be handled directly - through various means of communication (e-mail, telephone, SMS) - for purposes not strictly related to the supply of the requested services, or rather for:
- the processing and carry out of studies and statistics for market research;
- the organization and carrying out of events, even for promotional purposes;
- for sending promotional and informational communication, even for commercial purposes, of advertising material and/or of offers of goods and services via post, internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS, from Italy abroad (even to countries outside of the European Community) by Thalia group srl or by physical or juridical entities that collaborate on commercial activities with Thalia Group srl and/or by parent companies and/or connected companies;
D) Rights of the client
In relation to the current use of personal data, under clause 7 of the privacy code:
1. the client has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of personal data that have to do with him/her, even if not yet registered, and its communication in a comprehensible form
2. the client has the right to obtain information:
a) about the origin of the personal data;
b) about the purpose and procedure of the processing;
c) about the reasoning applied in cases of processing with aid of electronic equipment;
d) about the holder's identifying data, and about the designated representatives, under clause 5, comma 2;
e) about the individual or group of individuals to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can come to know the data as designated representatives in the state territory.
3. The client has the right to obtain:
a) the updated, corrected and, when necessary, integrated data;
b) the cancellation, the rendering anonymous or the blocking of the data used in violation of the law, including the data that does not need to be preserved in relation to the purpose for which the data was collected and successively processed;
c) the attestation that the operations in parts A and B , including their content, have been divulged to third parties to whom the data has been communicated, except in cases where such an operation is impossible or would need the support of disproportionate means with regard to the protected rights.
4. The client has the right to object, in part or completely:
a) for legitimate reasons with regard to the processing of their personal data, even though relevant to the aim of the collection of the data
b) to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or for direct sale or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The holder of the processing of the personal data is Thalia Group SRL, with LEGAL headquarters in Rome, Via Pofi, 6.
